      The 28 Day Healthy Eating Plan consists of eating from a list of certain healthy,whole foods,reducing excess salt consumption,eliminating added sugar and increasing vegetables intake.

      The plan includes the list of allowed foods, a 28 day menu,recipes,list of groceries and access to FB group support.

      Results may vary from person to person depending on effort and other factors.

      This is a meal plan that personally worked for me combined with exercise and plenty of water. I am happy to share with you so you can achieve a healthy lifestyle.
